Dipping is the primary application method and may also be sprayed
Reduce with tap water as needed for your application method, 24-36 seconds #2 Zahn S90 is typical for dip application. Reductions up to 15% are typical.
Tap water or warm water and soap.
NA. (Keep dip tanks covered when not in use to avoid skinning & viscosity increases.
Maintain pH between 8.0 - 8.5.)
Typical dip applications will set to touch in 15-30 minutes and dry to touch in 1 hour at 70-80 degrees F @ 50% RH. The following is a typical force dry cure schedule: dip and air dry
for 5 minutes/force cure in high velocity oven for 5 minutes at 130 + degrees / air dry on production line for additional 25 minutes and stack parts. Always evaluate drying at
the application site under actual line conditions. Airflow, heat and humidity are critical elements that will influence the cure rate of the coating.

Passes 336 hours in 300 degree F 80-90 wt. mineral gear oil and 50 wt. synthetic gear oil.
Passes 1 hour immersion in 50% glycol at 72 F

Passes 24 hours immersion in 100 degree F water
